How to use this page — 4 steps
1. Claim a package. Pick your team in the "Package Team" dropdown on a theme below. This saves for everyone — once a team is chosen, that package is taken.
2. Secure the anchor item. Lock down the headline donation first — everything else builds around it. Check off "Anchor confirmed."
3. Add 5 supports. Gather five supporting donations and check each one off. When all six boxes are checked, the package shows Complete.
4. Send each yes. Email every confirmed yes to info@roundrockfirefoundation.org. If you swap an item, check "Using a substitution" and note what you're swapping in.
What to include in every "yes" email
Send to info@roundrockfirefoundation.org: donor name; contact info; item or service; estimated value; restrictions or expiration; and pickup or delivery details.

Each card lists the target value, the anchor item, supporting donations to gather, and businesses worth asking. Pick your team to claim a package, check off items as they're confirmed, and note any swaps. Everything saves live for the whole committee.
