How to update
Sunday standup workflow.
Every Sunday at 30-minute committee standup, the Donation Tracker owner reads the four numbers, the committee confirms or revises, and the dashboard gets updated by Monday morning.
Step 1 · Pull the numbers
Donation Tracker owner pulls latest values from the Google Sheet at 8:30 AM Sunday, before standup. Total committed dollars, sponsor slot fills, target list status changes, and auction items physically in hand.
Step 2 · Confirm at standup
Read the four numbers aloud. Anyone has updates? New commits, new targets contacted, new auction items secured. Lock the numbers as of standup.
Step 3 · Update the dashboard
Email or DM the chair with the updated numbers by Sunday evening. Chair pushes the update to this page by Monday morning. Progress bars and "to go" counters update automatically from the new values.
